Over a decade, Malverlys founder Emily von Opel, in collaboration with renowned head gardener Matt Reese, created an utterly beautiful English Garden in the grounds of her home. But she wanted to give visitors more than an exquisite place to visit. She wanted to give them knowledge.

The answer came when an adjacent farm became available to transform into a center where locals and visitors alike could learn about ethical gardening, sustainable farming and provenance. Today Malverleys is home to a dedicated learning space, a shop carrying ethically sourced artisan crafts and produce, and a cafe and deli offering dining using ingredients grown on the farm.
