‘Smiley Punch’ is the phrase used to describe what a Tesco ad should embody. No matter the product or service on offer, it needs to be delivered with a smile. So, instead of the grin-and-handshake imagery you see in so many banking ads, we started in the produce aisle to serve up something a little fresher.
